With this database, we would like to provide companies, multi-stakeholder initiatives, sustainability standards, civil society organizations, the Federal Office for Export Control (BAFA), but also all interested parties with information on specific, serious labour rights and environmental violations in textile production, systematically and comparably prepared.

What to do, when you find a connection between a sector risk case and your supply chain, your sustainability standards or a company falling under German law:

For Companies

Verify the case with the supplier / the factory owner and a union in that factory / region;
Initiate corrective action in cooperation with the supplier / the factory and the union;
Organize / Make remediation, where necessary;
Inform textile-incidents.info about your activities to solve the case, so that we can update the case description on this website

For Multistakeholder-Initiatives and Sustainability Standards

Verify the case with your member brand / the factory owner and a union in that factory / region;
Ensure that your member brand initiates corrective action in cooperation with the supplier / the factory and the union;
Ensure that your member brand organizes / makes remediation, where necessary;
